Sherlock VOC is used to locate gas leaks, store on-board video of the leak location, and in software provided the leaking gas can be identified and the leak rate in ppm shown. The Sherlock VOC is portable, can be hand-carried or used on a tripod. The Sherlock VOC is used in refineries, on oil or gas platforms, and in industry, to locate, identify and quantify gas leaks of more then 40 types.

Sherlock VOC Information -

The Sherlock VOC is used to image leaks in refineries and gas manufacturing and transport facilities, oil and gas drilling platforms and in industry to identify, quantify, and provide video to locate the leak sources for reporting and repairing. The Sherlock VOC benefits from concurrent development within the camera family.

The Sherlock VOC by Gas Imaging Technology of the family of Sherlock cameras including the Sherlock SF6 that can image SF6 gas only and the Sherlock FE which has been imaging flare stack gases for over 10 years. The Sherlock cameras are a commercialization by Gas Imaging Technology of the parent company Pacific Advanced Technology which developed and patented the IMSS lens for all camera types, the IMSS was developed in cooperation with government and business to be able to instantly image and identify plumes and other applications.
